I joined P&G in October 2014 as a Process Engineer in the Fabric Care Department, Cairo Plant. In Summer 2013, I was luckily accepted in P&G’s Summer Internship program. What was exciting about my internship in P&G is that I led two projects that came to life during my internship period, projects that are worth millions of EGP of savings! The exposure that I got and the challenges that I faced gave me the business mindset and experience that helped me embark on my journey as a full-time employee at P&G. Although my major was computer engineering and although I had no experience in FMCGs, through the great help, mentorship, and guidance I had in the internship and still continue to have every day here at P&G, I go to work every day with great passion, a willingness to face more challenges, and eagerness to get more into the business.
