In 2007 I graduated from Alexandria University as an Electrical Engineer. I had to join the Navy for a year during which I was also teaching at the university. After a year in the Telecommunication Industry, I joined P&G in 2010 as an Electrical & Instrumentation Manager at our Baby Care Department which later expanded to become a new Plant- “October 6 Plant”. Two years later, I became a Production Line Manager handling all the manufacturing of the diapers from raw materials to the final product. Currently I am having a global role leading the changes across all Babycare plants across the world and working with them on their losses. As a manufacturing leader, there is always a challenge every day and decisions that need to be taken. The improvement strategies at P&G have helped me deal with challenges and turn them into opportunities. Besides my business role; I was leading Alexandria Campus Team for 1 year where I was responsible with the team to create recruitment channels and events to ensure that P&G is the employer of choice in Alexandria University. In a dynamic environment here, you will learn new things every day and you will enjoy being part of a winning team.
